The term Agile used in this context comes from the Agile Software Development manifesto. Scrum is considered an agile framework and is associated with the agile movement. It is impossible to predict from the beginning how a product should be developed in today’s world where there is a high level of uncertainty with constantly changing market conditions and technological developments. We have no idea what customers will want six months from now, and we must admit that we cannot predict the future.
